Diamond painting is an easy and enjoyable activity for crafters, young or old. Based on the same concepts as mosaics and digital oil painting by numbers, diamond paintings use small “diamond” to create colorful designs and sparkling finished patterns. Finishing diamond painting is a simple process that meditates and relaxes, allowing you hours of fun while recreating the design. Diamond painting kits are available in a variety of sizes and styles, from simple to elaborate, so crafters of all skill levels can find a project to enjoy.
Generally, each kit include the below basic materials:
1. Printed canvas
2. Required colorful diamond stones
3. Required tools, which contains pen, tray, wax glue and small polybags
The operating steps:
1. Choose one color of diamonds which you want to do, then put the them into the tray.
2. Dip the pen into the wax. The wax will enable you to pick up the diamonds.
3. Press the pen to the rounded side of the diamond.
4. Peel back a part of protective film. In order to ensure the adhesive strength of sticker, please rip the film one by one, avoid to rip it totally. The sticker need to be kept clean.
5. Put the diamond stones on the canvs according to the corresponding number.
6. Repeat previous steps until your design is complete.
After finishing, slightly press down the diamonds with the roller or book to ensure that the diamonds are firmly attached.
